Is it possible to exchange a model I purchased Online?
You can exchange your item from your nearest Dejavu store. You just need to have the original receipt, make sure the model hasn't been used, and not exceed 14 days since receiving the order.
You can also exchange your item online, in that case you would only pay the Shipping Fees and the price difference (if there is one)

What is the Return Policy?
You can return your item to your nearest Dejavu store, just be sure to have the original receipt and that the item(s) is in the same condition as it was when you purchased it (within the 14 days).
